“Very good, fresh and friendly”
We didn't have a reservation, but after 20.00 that proved no problem, as some guests were leaving when we entered. Sat at a long bar, looking into the kitchen, chefs everywhere. Card was in English, but waitress preferred the one with pictures. Very fast service, very fresh fish. Liked th soup with ...fish scraps.

“Local sea food”
they have fresh local sea food dishes .also they have some local beef, pork dishes. big portion , great value, staff is very friendly. If you wanna go to this restaurant, you need a reservation.

There used to be full tanks of live Squid outside the entrance display. Unfortunately, Eki was not available due to stormy weather. Disappointment was reduced by the availability of other fresh seafood such as live lobster sashimi ( second course in miso soup), sumptuous seafood platter, seasonal ...fresh oysters and clams. The restaurant was full house starting 6 pm, best to dine there after 8 pm after the peak hours.

“Fantastic sashimi”
Was brought by Japanese friend to this restaurant. They have the live seafood in the tanks in front of the store. The food was great, fresh and still moving when served (!). We had the sashimi platter, tempura, fried prawns, beef and pork. The service was excellent.

“Local and wonderful! Amazing seafood!”
Very local experience in a small but famous restaurant. We got lucky to get a table right before 6pm. It's in the covered market and we had lots of fun chatting with a local Japanese tourist. Food were very fresh and excellent service! Seafood sashimi were very fresh, but if you're worried about sea...food that's still moving, then better order cooked food.
