“Anti-Foreigner & rude staffs”
We visited on Sunday at 6.30pm and there is a sign outside the restaurant indicating that there are vacant seats and we can go in. When we entered, a female waitress with red braided hair ignored us and we stood there for a few minutes before I asked her if we can get a table. She spoke rudely to us... asking if we have a reservation. I told her no but the sign said that there are vacant seats and nobody is queueing outside the restaurant. She told us to get out and queue. No further explanation as she just walked away. We stood outside the restaurant for 10-15minutes and no one ever came out to ask how many pax are dining in and the restaurant is as empty as it can be. Only 1 group of diner went in with reservations. The waitress continued to ignore us and not even bother to glance outside to check if we are still waiting. We left after 15 minutes. There are restaurants in Fukuoka with much better service and food. We definitely not going to dine in a place where we do not feel welcome and the staff treat us like dirts. I will highly NOT recommend any foreigners to choose this place as they are anti tourists. Even if you can speak fluent Japanese. Check out their google reviews on the numerous complains about anti foreigners.
