焼肉厨房 わきもと

We went here for a lunch set. The sets were moderately sized so you didn't leave feeling stuffed. Though I suppose once could fill up on salad from the buffet. The beef was excellent quality. I didn't much care for the BBQ sauce though; i just used salt instead.

Had dinner at this restaurant. After waiting for around 30 minutes. We got the table. The food was good and the service was also excellent. The main problem was that in one of the order, it was clearly stated on the menu that it should be 1680 yen plus tax. When we paid, it was changed to 1980 yen p...lus tax. When we asked the staff after payment, they said the price has changed. This is not acceptable as the price the menu in the waiting area and at the table was definitely different. This is very dishonest. I did not pursue any further as it was nearly 10pm and my young family was tired.

I had a lunch special 'grilled kurobuta(black pork) lunch set' here. It was not expensive and included unlimited salads & drinks. Salads were so fresh. Free beverages were many kinds. And there was a quality espresso, too. The meat was enough amount and tasted good. I was a bit nervous with the fire... coming up after lard drips, though. They also have Korean dolsot bibimbap(yaki bibinpa) and it looked great as well. I recommend this place locating in Maruo, which is the main tourist street in Kirishima.

Salad bar wirh superb fresh vegetables was really excellent! Good service and veriety of meats such as beef,pork, chicken were served.

They serve Ozaki beef and Kurobuta pork here, and both are excellent! Highly recommend this place if you love bbq meat. We went there for lunch early, but it was really crowded and there was a waiting line when we left.
