“Excellent for Private Parties”
I enjoyed a dinner here as part of a very large private party. We had excellent service and the food was absolutely beautifully presented. We began with a mousse foie gras followed by a cold appetizer of raw fish. It was very good. Our entree was beef cheeks on a bed of creamy potatoes followed by ...a delicious cup of coffee and dessert. It was very nice and grand. I recommend them for important events when you want to impress your guests.

“Great food and nice view”
Ate at Dining 19 for breakfast and lunch when my family stayed in Rihga Hotel. They have a wide spread of food (Japanese and Western). Service was great and staffs were always very smiley...

“Stomach couldn't take in demand for payment”
Rotten service at Rihga Royal Gran Okinawa. two of us went for breakfast at Dining 19 on 18 Oct. barely 15 mins into the meal the waitress presented us with a bill folder requesting ( read demanding) payment. No other parties seated near us ( including those who came after us) had bills presented t...o them. Only us. Why? No explanation. Only sorry sorry and to try to manage service recovery with a bag of goodies?! That's not what we wanted. We wanted an explanation for the rudeness and demand for payment which we never got. And it didn't help that it was a room service personnel who attended to us instead of the f&b personnel.

“Sunset with river view ”
Seasonal cocktails were with fresh strawberries. It was JPY 1,500, we were expecting "happy hour" service but not in service on weekends. I had one with vodka and another with champagne, both are great. View from the large window was nice. Comfy chairs and alright appetiser. We definitely enjoyed... the moment!

“It is the restaurant which can relax.”
The restaurant is convenient location near from Asahibashi Station of the monorail. The price setting is slightly higher thAn neighboring restaurants. it is not crowded very much on the weekdays in particular and can relax. I had a lunch with my families, we ordered only Maine, and the appetizer and... the dessert were half buffets to have by each person. I think that there is little quantity when it is only a main dish for a man, but the quantity to eat may be satisfied with the article of the buffet because you can adjust it. It is the pretty good restaurant when you want to be luxurious.
