“Too noisy and uncomfortable experience in cafe”
Too noisy and annoying experience at cafe. There were two young staffs male and female in cafe around lunch time. They were so noisy. See we paid one thousands yen for a coffee. We have right to have comfortable relaxing and little luxury time. However these two young staffs were keeping to have ch...at and laugh. Is this really cafe at 5star hotel???? I was so disappointed with their service.

“Best buffest breakfast I have ever had”
The breakfast buffet had an amazing assortment of food (Japanese and Western foods, as well as local selections) and almost all of it was really good. Way better than any hotel buffet I have ever had.

“Expensive breakfast buffet”
We ate breakfast here only one morning. Normal price is 2800 yen but discounted to 2000 for elite members. Still expensive. Freshly made omelette with choice of 5 ingredients. Bacon, sausage, fish and a few other hot dishes/soups/rice. A few cold items such as smoked chicken, smoked salm...on, tuna and vegetables/salads. Few different cereals/yogurts/fresh fruits. There were some sweet rolls/breads but I thought the sweet rolls were rather dry. Choices of a couple soft drinks, juices(not fresh), tea, coffee/espresso. I didn't see cappuccino or lattes offered but you may have had to ask specially for either. Overall, I thought the selection was reasonable; the price was just too expensive.

“Good Selection”
Buffet at breakfast is a bit light but great quality. Lunch options are good as well, the ground Ishigaki beefsteaks are an interesting choice. The dinner buffet is the best service though, a lot of variety and well presented.
