“Breakfast open until 10:30, got denied at 10:00”
We are staying in the La'gent hotel that host the Ally's restaurant. After eating a quick lunch yesterday we decided to take our breakfast this morning. They advertise a breakfast buffet until 10:30 AM. We showed up at 9:55, the doors were closed. We waited some time and finally decided to get ins...ide anyway. A waitress finally rushed to us crossing the arms and saying "no no no sorry sorry" too late. We showed her the watch, it was 10:01. We tried to explain that we just need to eat food quick we can be done in few minutes. Her english didn't make it easy. At 10:03 she finally agreed to let us eat something but we need to purchase tickets at the hotel and not at the restaurant (like we did the day before for lunch). Finally after 10:00 we can't buy breakfast tickets in the system. The restaurant was still operating the breakfast with guest inside but they were unable to let us eat ours. In conclusion we faced a frustrating ridiculous situation, being there just before 10:00 and still be denied breakfast.
