our favorite dining experience during this Fukuoka trip! a small restaurant with only 7 seats, operated by a skillful chef and an assistant. the assistant speaks fairly good english, sufficient for basic communication. dinner is omakase course priced at jpy8,800, hassle free for customers who cannot... read japanese like us. food is simply outstanding, just like top class sushi or tempura restaurants, you can tell a lot of preparation work was done behind the scene. we’ve been to other similar fine dining kushikatsu restaurants in Osaka, but this is the most impressive one, from quality and freshness of ingredients, to thoughtfulness and presentation on sequence of dishes. i highly recommend to give this restaurant a try.
