“Sushi omakase”

Difficult to get a slot in one of Fukuoka’s hottest sushi omakase. Located in a myriad of restaurants with confusing lift entrants even with the map provided. Anticipation & emotional heartbeats calmed once dinner begun. 6 sashimi appetisers followed by 13 exquisite sushi nigiris & finish with soup ...& small cake nibble. Otoro piece had equal fat & tendon portion & was told to chew endlessly. Ambience & tone sets it apart from similar Tokyo experiences. Chef’s mood was cheerful & easy. Superb experience having the pleasure to dine here.
