“high quality soba omakase”
this is a well known soba restaurant in Fukuoka, and we had a very satisfying jpy6,600 tasting course. chef and assistant there do not speak fluet english, so we communicated with basic english words, plus the help of translation software. 十割 soba is one of the best we have had so far, good aroma an...d texture, so is the 二八割 soba. our first time trying yuzu flavored soba, appealing and delicious. pan fried duck meat was impressive, very tender and well seasoned. tempura is made of fresh and carefully selected vegetables. chef pays close attention to details, there is not even a single drop of water on the bamboo plate as we finish each plate of soba, all excess water thoroughly removed by the chef. this is a must try restaurant if you are a fan of soba!
