“Satisfying meal of Okinawan cuisine”
This restaurant offers a good selection of dishes, many with typical Okinawan delights. We had "sea grapes" (a kind of seaweed -- really nice texture and subtle flavour, great with the soy sauce provided), a dish of bitter gourd with egg, pork and tofu (great combination!), then mixed skewers and a ...bowl of soba noodles (made from buckwheat) with slices duck meat. All was very good, the waiters were friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

“"The best restaurant in Okinawa!"”
After my third visit to "Booten" (actually the correct spelling of the restaurant), I have to say, it is the best. Food is fresh and tasty. Service is flawless. The place is excellently located across the road from Main Place Mall, so parking is easy. If you're in Okinawa, have dinner here. Excellen...t!!
