初福岡の食事として、赤坂の「焼肉てつや」を訪問しました。 肉・タレ・ご飯のバランスが良く、満足度の高い焼肉店です。 特に印象に残ったのはカルビ。大きくカットされ、とても柔らかいです。タレはやや甘めですが重たくなく、胃もたれしにくいと感じました。肉自体の旨みが強く、タレなしでも美味しく食べられます。 てつやサラダは、シャキッとしたレタスにジュレ状のドレッシングがかかっており、さっぱりとした一品でした。 焼肉セットでは複数の部位を楽しめ、ホルモンの中ではまるちょうが特に印象的。脂の甘みととろける食感で、満足感があります。 ロッカーがあり、荷物の多い旅行者にも便利です。赤坂駅から近く、アクセス...の良さも魅力。福岡で焼肉を楽しみたい方におすすめです。 I visited Yakiniku Tetsuya in Akasaka for my first meal in Fukuoka. It is a very satisfying yakiniku restaurant with a good balance of meat, sauce, and rice. The most impressive dish was the beef short ribs (karubi). The portions are large and very tender. The sauce is slightly sweet but not heavy, so it did not feel greasy. The meat itself has strong flavor and is delicious even without sauce. The Tetsuya salad was refreshing, with crisp lettuce and a jelly-style dressing. The yakiniku set allowed me to try several cuts, and among the hormone dishes, marucho stood out for its rich flavor and soft, melting texture. Lockers are available, which is convenient for travelers with luggage. The restaurant is close to Akasaka Station and easy to access. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy yakiniku in Fukuoka.

先日、ずっと気になっていた「焼肉てつや」さん（福岡・警固）に行ってきました。 正直、教えたくないくらい良かったです。 お店は1階がちょっと特別な日に使いたいような落ち着いたカウンター席、2階はカジュアルで気軽な雰囲気。今回は子どもを連れて2階へ。 まず、お肉。 熊本県産のあか牛を使ってるらしく、びっくりするくらい臭みがなくて、やわらかい。分厚い塊肉を口に入れた瞬間、「え？これ、焼肉で食べられる厚さなの？」って驚きました。でもスッと噛み切れるんです。ほんとに。 「飲めるロース」って名前のメニューがあるんですが、これはもう反則級。 軽く炙ったお肉を卵黄につけて食べると、口の中でとろける。これ...は米、欲しくなります。むしろ米がないと耐えられない（笑） 厚切りタンも最高でした。カリッと焼いて、中はふんわり。レモンを絞った瞬間の香りがまたたまらないんです。 それから、ここって焼き台が“鉄のグリル”なんですよ。 普通の網よりも焼きムラが少なくて、焼きやすい。脂もいい感じに落ちてくれて、罪悪感なく食べられるのもありがたかったです。気づけばライス大盛りを平らげて、さらに冷麺までいってました。完全にやられました。 あと、飲み放題プランがあるのも嬉しい。 お肉のクオリティを考えたら、かなり良心的な価格です。飲む人にもぴったり。 場所がちょっと隠れ家的なので、まだ知らない人も多いかもしれませんが、 「いい焼肉食べたいけど、高すぎるのはちょっと…」って思ってる人には、すごく刺さると思います。 私は、もうリピート確定です。次は1階のカウンターで、ゆっくりお酒も楽しみたい。 ＝＝ Yakiniku Tetsuya — A Hidden Gem That Changed How I Think About BBQ in Fukuoka I finally visited Yakiniku Tetsuya in Kego, Fukuoka — and to be honest, part of me doesn’t even want to share this place. It’s that good. The restaurant has two floors: the first floor is a more elegant, course-style counter (perfect for date nights), and the second floor is casual and cozy. We sat upstairs with our kid, and the whole experience felt both relaxed and high-quality. Now, let’s talk about the meat. They use Akaushi beef from Kumamoto, and you can really taste the difference. There’s zero smell, just pure flavor and tenderness. I couldn’t believe how thick the cuts were — especially the block-style beef — but somehow it was still easy to bite through. Like, shockingly soft. And then there’s the “Drinkable Loin”. It’s lightly seared, dipped in a rich egg yolk, and just melts in your mouth. Honestly, you’ll want to order a bowl of rice right away. Trust me — it’s not optional. The thick-cut tongue was another favorite. Crispy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside, with a fresh squeeze of lemon — it was perfection. Simple, but unforgettable. One unique thing about Tetsuya is that they use a solid iron grill instead of a wire mesh. It heats evenly, cuts down on flare-ups, and drains excess fat. It made everything easier to cook and surprisingly not heavy, even after eating a lot. I went for a large rice… and then somehow ended up ordering cold noodles too. Zero regrets. Also — yes, they have an all-you-can-drink plan. Considering the meat quality, it’s actually a great deal if you enjoy a drink (or a few) with your meal. This place is a bit tucked away, but that’s part of what makes it special. It’s not touristy, not flashy — just seriously good food, made with care, at prices that make you feel like you’ve discovered something. Would I go back? 100% yes. Next time, I’m booking the counter downstairs for a proper grown-up night out.
