Our tempura is prepared from fresh seafood purchased every morning from the Toyosu Fish Market and seasonal vegetables received directly from our contracted farmers, prepared with excellent culinary skills by our specialized chefs.

We've inherited the shop curtains with the tempura specialty restaurant named "Tsunahachi" from the founder Kyuzo Shimura, building a history of over 90 years.

Our artisan chefs capitalize on the original flavor of each food ingredient to carefully fry each food ingredient with highly-trained culinary skills one at a time.
In addition to our culinary skills to fry tempura, we always pay attention to each table to serve tempura according to the customer's pace and timing, as expected of courteous customer service.

Offering counter seats where customers can take in the sound and aroma of tempura frying and enjoy freshly-fried tempura, table seats for casual use with family and friends, and private rooms suitable for parties, etc.
