French restaurant " Alpino " provides the 50th anniversary memorial menu. From April 10 through 25 . We had this special dinner last night . It's amazing experience . First dish was Trout and crab wrapped by transparent skin. Potato chips Butterfly placed on it. Elegant butterfly wa...s very charm. Next dish was looks like a flower garden. Main ingredients were Squees Zucchini mousse, put on Sea-urchin eggs(Uni), covered consommé soup jelly hat. And lots of colors sliced petit tomatoes etc. Mushrooms and few vegetables were strong taste. Other vegetables were light . 3rd dish, Ravioli with consomme soup. 4th dish, Lobster with vanilla flavor mashed potatoes and baked lobster tomalley .Main dish could choose 3 meals. We chose Wagyu and duck. They were normal menu dishes. You could choose several dessert. If you have enough time, recommendation is warm chocolate cake. It's need 20 minutes baking. This special menu was thought by young chef , advised by grand chef.
