個室会席 北大路 新宿茶寮

Visited Kitaoji in Shinjuku in January, 2018. Traditional Japanese Kaiseki food in a private dinning room at 51st floor of one of the west Shinjuku high rises. It's a great experience. They served a lot of food and I should have gone with empty stomach, if I had know how much they served. Menu, ...service, everything was in Japanese. Not sure if they even have English menu or not. If you want to check this place out, I'd recommend ask hotel concierge to make a reservation and inform your allergies and preferences in advance. A great setup for business dinner.

For a westerner this was a wonderful experience. It was traditional in every sense. It was a 'locals' only place that my local team took me to. It was all in Japanese so bring a friend that can help you here. The food was outstanding. I decided not to ask any questions until after I finished eat...ing. I love Japanese food and sushi but have a fairly limited Western view. The presentation and selection impressed my local team. Some of the dishes they have not even had so they really enjoyed it as much as I did. We sat on the floor and were served by the most elegant of staff dressed in kimonos. There was a unique experience for me which was a 'shoe check' instead of a coat check. We sat in a room with two sunken floor tables that held about 10 per table.

We came here with an old classmate who lives in Tokyo. Nice view from the adjacent observation deck, and the aspect looking down the hollow core of this building is not to be missed while you are up here. Very traditional cuisine, nice survey of dishes that came in courses, with fine sake. Would ...definitely come again.

This restaurant is good for Biz usage. Cuisine is traditional 会席 (Kaiseki) Japanese cuisine. They provide in order little by little Typical Japanese foods. And there are many small rooms. Taste = Good You can taste typical Japanese cuisine. Service = Good Good Japanese service style. Clea...nness = Good Atmosphere = Good Good Japanese interior. Price = Acceptable Considering location, service, It's acceptable. Location = Good Near MTR station at Shinjuku. So it's convenient.
