“Very tasty”

We were staying at a budget hotel nearby and just wanted to eat locally. As the area is not central Tokyo, English menus are not available but the restaurant had table seating as well as counter seating and seemed to offer a Chinese style meal so we decided to try it. The friendly young waiter coul...d speak enough English to help us with our meal and we chose two servings of dumplings and 3 other dishes with rice, a beer and hot tea. The dishes were very tasty, well presented and reasonably priced.
