“Quick lunch at Yokohama Porta”
I had quite a bit of journey from Osaka to Tokyo on JR and after I settled, I took JR with my rail pass to Yokohama. Had lunch at Hakkaku, a small restaurant in Porta Mall. Got my meal ticket from the machine outside, give the ticket to the waitress, had a set lunch which was chicken and egg on rice.... Food was quite delicious.

“OK for food”
Atmosphere is good, places are tidy and clean. However, as the restaurant allows smoking, your shirts will be smoked after you leave. Okonomiyaki is disappointing, otherwise other food are OK.
