TO THE HERBS ルミネ立川店

Many tourists go to Tachikawa and are always looking for places to eat. This franchise of "To The Herbs" is on the 8th floor of the Lumine Department Store along with several other restaurants. Three of us went at lunchtime. The only real food on the menu was pasta, no pizza. We ordered 3 different ...kinds of pasta. It was the WORST pasta we have ever eaten. It tasted like the noodles had been soaking in water for at least a month. A small salad with dressing -- not much flavor to it -- came with the dish. Well, we didn't eat much and the bill was about $40. When paying, a member of our party told the manager how bad the food was. This was especially evident by our dishes which had hardly been touched. I must say that the manager did not charge for the meals and gave us drink coupons. . . . but let the diner beware. The menu looks decent but you are probably taking your chances when you sit down to order.
