We had a good experience with a young child at a branch in Kanagawa a few years ago so we had high hopes for a family outing, now with 2 kids. We took time off work and drive an hour for a special occasion but it was a regrettable drive home. This was not the same experience at all. The food was pa...ssable but our evening was tarnished by poor atmosphere and terrible service. We went there in a weeknight and arrived early. It was not busy. We were one of the first customers to be seated for dinner. Despite ordering the most expensive course menu for 2 adults and a kids menu item, the staff seemed to resent our presence and our kids. In Kanagawa they patiently explained the menu, offered to bring the live lobster to our table, and asked if it would be okay to show it to our child. She enjoyed it and was excited to do it again. I took her to see the lobster tank immediately after we orders and they were already taking ours to the kitchen despite us asking to show it to her. My wife and other child weren’t able to see it at all. They were very disappointed. The kids set comes with a drink so they offered us one and ordered water for the rest of the table. Our second child wanted to drink too. We asked a staff member for a spare cup. Told her what it was for and she agreed to bring it to us. We split the juice and diluted the portion for the young child, as we’ve done many times in Japanese restaurants. Another staff member came and berated us in rude Japanese, told us it was against store policy to share drinks and we’d have to pay a fee to use the cup their colleague agreed to bring us. Even for a 1 year old child. We negotiated with the manager not to pay extra for empty cup but the server never apologised and treated us with contempt the rest of the evening. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve lived in Japan for 5 years and my wife is a native speaker. We understood the language perfectly, although she noticed staff addressed the foreigners at the next table more rudely than Japanese customers as well. After this disturbing encounter we found similar accounts in other online reviews in Japanese so it seems the server has a pattern of this disgraceful behaviour. I don’t recommend this location. If you want an enjoyable evening with your family, save your money. Saizeriya has delicious menu and better service.

This seasonal Tomato Sorbet was so Delicious, so Pleasing, so Unforgettable! We had stopped by for a quick lunch and had to order this dish. Wonderful. This is an American Seafood Restaurant, with lots of lobster, shrimp, & crab. You can order it in many different ways including a large salad. So v...isit America! Other than sushi, Red Lobster is my daughter's favorite restaurant. Parking Available.
