“A treat that Ryoma Sakamoto did not miss”
Tosa is not only famous for its renown son Ryoma but also for its cuisine that Edokko so much desire after a busy day on a misty autumn day. Katsuo`s real treat modori-gatsuo is not to miss out on. Bonito as we know it gets big and tasty in the black current on its way back to Shikoku waters, re...ady to spoil the culinary trailblaser. What you save on a trip to Shikoku can spend here for the same budget probably. Though low budget set menu also available. Katsuo tataki and the accompanying seefood platter with Tosa touch delivers on the promise. Ask for it as: sawachi , take care you are not alone for it. Before go there better read more about Ryoma, just to get the feeling right at this traditionally equipped dining place.

“A southern Japanese variation”
I thoroughly enjoyed my meal here, but I had the guidance of some locals. They composed and nice series of courses that I would never have been able to do on my own. The bonito was wonderful, also the eel. And I enjoyed the sochu, which is kind of like a mild, smooth vodka that is traditionally drun...k with this kind of cuisine. A good time with some Japanese friends. The staff are helpful, but only partially ready for people with no local language skills. You could manage, in my judgment, but you'd have to be willing to work at it. I recommend, especially if there's someone local you could go with. Great views, top of Nomura building.

“Something different Japanese cuisine”
It is a kind of traditional food from Tosa in Shikoku island. It is famous for lightly roasted bonitos which is usually eaten with ginger or onion. It is very popular in Tokyo. It is something deferent.
