We were recommended this Shabu-shabu restaurant by our hotel. For you not familiar with Shabu-shabu, it means that you basically cook your food yourself at the table by putting your the meat and vegetables in boiling water. Great fun! Everything is of course prepared and a nice waitress in kimono gu...ides you. It is a great family/friend show and tastes very good. The restaurant itself is a bit hard to find if you don't know Japanese (like us), as the text outside in all in Japanese + the restaurant is situated on the second floor and you cannot see the inside from the road. But we manged to spot the word "Kisoji" on one of the flags outside, and found it. Very helpful and nice staff. Their main dish is a set menu with starter, main course, small 2nd course consisting of udon Japanese thick noodles, and desert. We were gives some vouchers at our hotel which made the initial drinks free. The food is a bit on the pricey side, but considering a full meal, nice place and a good experience, it is worth it (we paid around 1500 Yen pp)
