We visited in August, from the moment we were greeted to the last sayonara was perfection. Our host and servers were all so friendly and professional. Not over bearing, just right for our liking. The star of the show is amazing steak, cooked by an excellent chef to ensure every mouthful was exquisit...e. Very good wine selection at reasonable prices meant we could fully enjoy our evening on every level. Thank you to the staff at Hilton Tokyo for maintaining such high standards. We will be back for sure

A great place for an excellent dinner! Tonight Yuki took care of us for dinner and she was excellent. She took care of everything gracefully and provided great service and the food was excellent as well. I would highly recommend to others. Not all of our experiences in Tokyo have been so great but ...this was and you should try it!

Food was okay but expensive. Service not so good waited a long time to place our order after we received the menus and the another 30 plus minutes to get our food. Our waitress never asked about our food and had to be tracked down to get our check. We are Diamond Members with Hilton and have not ...previously experienced this type of service at a Hilton restaurant. Rated the experience 2 stars as the food was okay.

We had their set dinners. We each chose a different set dinner. Mine was the seafood and my partner was the wagyu. We liked the food but certainly not what we expected for this level of restaurant. Service was top notch and restaurant is elegant. If you've had dinner at the Hula Grill in Hawaii, I ...would say the food is not as good, but ambiance is better.

After a long day of sightseeing in Tokyo, we decided to eat in our hotel. What a delightful experience! The food was outstanding, but what really established such an amazing memory was the friendly staff. My wife will always have wonderful memories of speaking Spanish to the two waiters originally f...rom Peru. Then chatting with the chef from Hawaii, and speaking in Hokkien to the Malaysian sous chef. What an outstanding night. We can't wait to return.
