“Don't get the sets!”
Sadly, the gorgeous look and tiny private rooms couldn't make up for the 45-minute wait for food, or the meh sushi. :-( Very sad, because our family was excited to get Ginza Sushi! The good news is that we found a place the next night and had the best sushi of our lives for around $30 more for a par...ty of 6.

“Sushi 🍣”
We got the first dish quite quickly but the rest of the dishes took for ages. Most of it tasted good, not too fried. ………. ……..

“Great place!”
Great place! Local and charming with just amazing food. We had shared two dishes in a class of private room. The staff were very nice and friendly!

“Amazing reproduction of a restaurant as an Edo Village ”
This amazing, lively restaurant is a little hard to find since its two stories down and located at a subway exit. The first impression you get when you exit the elevator is that you are entering an old Edo time period village at night. The pathway is lined on both sides with authentic looking stru...ctures which really house restaurant tables which come in different styles. There is a creek which runs a water wheel in this high ceiling atmospheric structure. We didn’t have reservation and were sat at a private booth with a cloth piece offering even more privacy. We soon learned that you needed to press the button on the wall to summon the waiter who was very helpful and patient. We ordered a few pieces of sushi and a soba/tempura set each along with our draft beers. It was all excellent and we enjoyed sitting and chatting while enjoying the atmosphere.

“Reasonable pricing for the quality. Skip desserts. ”
The menu is a mix of grills, soba, tempura, sashimi and sushi. Rather unusual here I thought, as most restaurants tend to focus on 1 specialty. The grills were generally decent (though options are limited to seafood and chicken largely), you get to choose between Shoyu or Shio. Tempura were on point..., the assorted one was a good option to try a variety. What's interesting here is that they don't serve the Shoyu dip with Tempura but instead, it comes with salt flakes. Love the decor, both exterior and interior, giving off traditional vibes. We were also lucky to get a private room even for 2 persons and good that they take reservations. Service was friendly and while the staff don't seem to speak English, the menus have English translation. Pricing is reasonable considering it's a full service restaurant.
