“Fresh and reasonably priced sushi”
Always busy but good value They also have seasonal menu and very fresh sushi It’s a casual place with family and friends It’s close to the station and the taxi stops very close too very convinent for me

“My best experience”
I was invited by my local friends to try this restaurant, and I was sure I had tried the best japanese restaurants around the world, but the experience I had in Ugetsu was far above what I ever had before. The atmosphere and service were excellent, very japanese way, and the food quality was the g...reatest one... Ugetsu showed me how a good japanese restaurant has to be. There was a legendary chef with 46 years of career but "new" at Ugetsu (6 months working there), who confirms what is a real & highest level sushi. A finest sushi does not need toppings, spectacular decorations or all those unnecessary shows like in many ostentatious places in NYC, LA or many big cities. THIS IS REAL. The manager lady was extremely patient and serviceful, she answered every single questions I had about the restaurant and menu with smile, as I was visiting from Chile. Domo Arigato! My sincere respect to this gem in Japan. I will back happily. YOU ARE THE BEST. Thank you Fumi & Yasuhisa for my greatest time in Japan. Minsu Bang from Santiago, Chile.
