Jojoen is a well-known high-quality BBQ restaurant best known for it's delicious beef. Yakiniku (焼き肉 or 焼肉), meaning "grilled meat", is a Japanese term that, in its broadest sense, refers to grilled meat cuisine. The cuts of meat and or vegetables are delivered to your table raw, and you cook it at... your table. I have been to at least 5 different locations I live close to the location here in Shinagawa. you are greeted at the entrance by a lady in a lovely kimono or gentleman in a black suit and tie. The atmosphere is quiet and tastefully decorated. you are differently treated like royalty, from beginning to end, the beef quality is superior. I had thin sliced cow tongue and regular Kalbe beef it was very tender and delicious. Jojen salad is good to start with it contains a lot of garlic and I love it- it usually was seasoned with a dash of salt that sets it off but this time, it was good but a little bland, I really miss that dash of salt. I also had Ishiyaki Bibimba it's a traditional Korean side dish eaten with Yakiniku in Japan. It’s rice, beef, egg and many vegetables served in a hot stone pot. The heat from the pot simmers the ingredients, please try it! my overall experience was delightful.

I have been there during my last business trip in Japan, just to try another restaurant in the area of the Prince Hotel where i usually stay. If you choose this place is because you wanna eat meat BBQ style. And here you are ! The food is really good, but i found it a little too expensive even con...sidering you're not eating kobe beef. This is the only concern because i didn't appoint 5 star. Anyway good quality and good meals .... Enjoy !

High price Korea BBQ 高單價韓國烤肉店,食材非常好 但是很奇怪裡面空位很多,前台執意要客人等一個小時左右,還跟後面的客人說已客滿. 我們去對面車站下面的超市逛了一下買了好東西,回房間放好,差不多一個小時回來剛好。 我們進去之後,才發現右手邊有兩桌空位,都是四個人的位子,到我們吃完走了大概一個半小時都沒有人來坐。 前面也有空位桌。 單價非常高,服務一般

Certainly a wonderful selection of foods available with one of the set menus. The menu of the day was just fab. A selection of cold plates to get the appetite going followed by a selection of quality meats and seafood to cook to your liking at the table on the gas BBQ - all accompanied by a selectio...n of dressings, dips, salads and sauces.

Make sure you are prepared to pay and order the most expensive beef for an out of the world beef bbq at one of the best. There are many Jojoen restaurants but this one carries premium beef If you are not willing to pay, don't visit as it will be the same elsewhere. I paid about USD180 per person ...with best of the foods and a lot of drinks. Make sure you reserve as it is full all the time.
