Visit here every time and this place is our 1st meal when we were in Tokyo. Restaurant has perfect seat with partition. All beef are quality and delicious, we always order set menu with some of a la carte menu ex. A5 beef, beef tongue. Furthermore, kimchi, fresh salad, soup are yummy as well. R...ecommend.

We had experienced both lunch set and a la carte dinner. Lunch set menu was value and reasonable price. Recommend order set which has deluxe beef and tongue. Set come with fresh garden salad, kimchi, beef set , rice, dessert also choice of coffe tea or juice. For dinner menu is a bit more expensive ...but all deluxe beef ex. Wakyu, A5, tongue are in high quality and bigger portion compare with lunch set. Staffs are very nice and offer good service, seating are private and comfortable. Should come earlier dinner time to avoid long queue. Lunch will be less crowded.

Jojoen is a chain of restaurants with dependable high quality meats and good service. This location is busy busy always but service is always good. Most tables are in private alcoves and private rooms are available. All Meats are Good. The Pork Platter is Super ! Order some kimchi to go with ...the meal A bit on the pricier side but Always Good.

It was just an impulse visit to Jojoen Ueno shop after my shopping in Ueno. The shop is just a road across JR Ueno Station. The seating layout of the restaurant is quite private because the tables are separated with partitions. You can enjoy your meal with little interruptions by other customers.... The ventilation system is good so that you won't get oily or bbq smell after the meal. Since I went there alone, I couldn't tried too many dishes. I ordered one lightly roasted chuck and one ox tongue with seasoning. The meat was tender and juicy.
