Teppanyaki is supposed to great food cooked for you and have a great experience. specially in Japan it is always such a unique and pleasureful experience. Well, if you want a mediocre experience with okay food and crappy ambience with a very high bill for nothing this is the place for you. I think y...ou might be paying for the fact that you are looking out the 51st floor, but that is not what we were here for. Service was below average - the chef seemed miserable that he was having to cook. The wine was crappy. This place is the ultimate Tourist Trap and. you will not find a single local person eating here. All I can say is AVOID !!!

Worst and most expensive teppanyaki we’ve ever had. The chef was obviously inexperienced and was clumsy throughout the meal, not even able to properly crisp up garlic crisps. Medium rare beef came out well done, and they even charge extra for a bowl of rice. Exorbitant prices to serve cheap vegetabl...es with one portion of beef. Everything over salted and oily. The best dish of the entire meal was their rock melon and ice cream. The restaurant was completely empty despite it being a Saturday night. Terrible service, never experienced this level of nonsense in Japan. Do NOT come.

We had an incredible experience! The food was excellent and very reasonably priced coming from Hawaii. The restaurant staff was all very kind and attentive and the view was amazing. We will certainly be recommending to all of our friends traveling to Japan!

A traditional teppanyaki with very kind and experienced aging chefs. Nothing fancy just good quality ingredients prepared the right way with good view from the 51st floor in the Sumitomo building. Could use a little modernizing and liveliness

I discovered this restaurant on Tripadvisor because I wanted to try authentic Japanese wagyu. However, when my party arrived, we were not greeted well. The chef came out and just shook his head and didn't answer our questions. I asked if I could make a reservation and he did not respond. He walked r...ight back inside to the kitchen. The entire restaurant was empty. I have not encountered any bad customer service during my time here in Japan until this chef. No apologies, no words, just ignores the customers.
