“Let's try 100% buckwheat noodle”

Usually, buckwheat noodle - soba- is 80% buckwheat flour. This place has 100%, 90% and 80% buckwheat soba, though 90% soba run out quickly. If you want to taste the difference of each, go for the most basic soba(noodle with tsukejiru only)
