牛兵衛 草庵 東京ドームホテル店

The service in this place is shockingly bad compared to typical Japanese hospitality. We ordered the 8,000yen each set for 4... yes the beef was tasty but I've never not eaten poor quality food at this price point in Japan... but the service was dreadful.... The service staff never cleaned away any ...plates, despite our requests... waiting for over 30 minutes after our main course with a full table of dirty plate, we were waiting for our Rice Bowls and Miso.... Upon asking the staff, we were informed the kitchen had now closed, even though we had ordered the full set an hour prior to closing (around 8:45pm) , the manager then later admitted that these courses had been forgotten.. In the interim time they served the deserts (without clearing away any of the table). So I asked the manager over again.. She apologised and then walked away without clearing the table, to which I simply lost my rag and demanded she immediately returned and clear all of the table which we had been waiting for over 45 mins at this stage - clearly she thought her self too important for clearing plates... Upon requesting the bill the full amount was charged... querying this again with the manager she agreed to reduce the bill by 3,000 yen (total). Which we did not accept and I agued a 20% discount. To be fair she did offer 100% discount which I did not accept as we all enjoyed the Beef and drink and so I believe this should be paid for) I'm sorry but at this price point, I do not except poor service, its basic manners to clear away dirty plates before bringing out the desert.. Even if you forgot to bring prior dishes... And saying the kitchen is closed so we are not able to cook your rice bowl is not acceptable... our children wanted the rice, they needed some starch..... We left and picked up some rice balls from Lawson's opposite... There's so many great restaurants in Tokyo... This is not one. AVOID

Went alone today for lunch. This restaurant is located in 2F of the Tokyo dome hotel. (Opposite of Lawson) It served Yamagata Yonezawa Wagyu here, one of the most famous and tender wagyu in Japan highly recommended lunch special. Good deal 今天一個人去吃午餐。這家餐廳位於東京巨蛋飯店2樓。 （羅森對面）這裡提供山形 的米澤和牛，是日本三大和牛之一，...強烈推薦特價午餐。很划算！

A colleague and I went to this restaurant because we had just finished a really hard day seeing clients. The food was amazing and the service was super friendly. The only thing that lets them down was the price of the food was a lot more expensive considering there are hundreds of choices within a s...hort walk.

I hate to tell it in a public forum, but I find the milder and more tame Japanese Korean Barbecue an "improved" version of the true Korean Korean barbecue. This is according to my own taste, of course. This restaurant serves you GLORIOUS meat. Matsusaka wagyu at its finest. Just cannot complain abou...t anything - oh yes, and why not just an "excellent"? Well, their beer selection is so bad!!! Shame on you guys, pull yourselves together and get some proper Japanese craft beer!
