“Wonderful meat”
I had BBQ on a rainy day on Aug 31, and it felt like the perfect match. We ordered the Ushihachi set, and it was a fantastic experience. The beef tongue was very chewy, with a rich texture that’s best enjoyed slowly. The Wagyu toro meat paired with egg yolk wonderfully balanced the richness, rich an...d juicy, making it smooth and satisfying. For after meal dessert, I chose the lemon sorbet, which was refreshingly tangy and a great way to cleanse the palate. Overall, it was a very satisfying meal, from the high quality ingredients and the cozy ambiance,both in terms of food and ambiance.

“Very Nice!”
My second visit to this restaurant was just as satisfying as the first. The meat is still tender, and the flavor is exceptional, truly a melt-in-your-mouth experience. The attentive service from the staff is heartwarming; they help grill the Wagyu beef to ensure every bite is perfect. This place is ...great for dining with friends. And their signature pudding, which is rich in flavor, sweet but not overwhelming, and absolutely delicious. The special apple kimchi, with its perfect balance of sweet and sour, is also a delightful surprise. Overall, this dining experience was just as outstanding as the last. この焼肉店に二度目の訪問でしたが、今回も大満足でした。お肉は相変わらず柔らかく、味も抜群で、本当に口の中でとろけるような体験でした。店員さんが和牛を焼くのを手伝ってくれて、すべての一口が完璧になるようにしてくれました。最高です。 特製プリンで、濃厚な味わいで、甘すぎず、とても美味しいです。さらに、特製のリンゴキムチは甘酸っぱさが絶妙で、驚かされました。全体として、今回の食事体験も前回同様に素晴らしいものでした。

“Beef party”
I went out for dinner with friends on a weekday evening and chose the JPY 6,900 set menu with an additional JPY 2,000 all-you-can-drink option. The meal started with appetizers, and instead of the usual pickled radish that most places serve, they offered a refreshing apple salad. It was quite unique... and paired perfectly with the meat. As for the meat, the portions were generous. In addition to the beef tongue, there were four other types of meat, all tender and delicious. The staff also helped grill a large slice of sukiyaki beef, which was served with egg and soy sauce for dipping. I highly recommend trying this. The meal ended with cold noodles and dessert. I chose the pudding for dessert, which had a rich, dense texture—highly recommended. Overall, the value for money was excellent, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal after work.

“烤牛肉”
I visited a yakiniku restaurant called USHIHACHI in Akihabara today. We had the 6,900 yen set. The appetizers were refreshing, and the apple was particularly delicious. The beef tartare mixed with pasteurized egg was incredibly tasty. Of course, the grilled beef tongue made the yakiniku experience i...n Japan perfect. One of the highlights was when the waitress personally grilled the Wagyu beef for us. Before grilling, she asked how well-done we wanted it. I’m not accustomed to eating very rare meat, so I requested it to be well-done. However, their specialty is a quick three-second sear, so for those who enjoy tender, slightly rare meat, I recommend going for medium-rare. Among the all-you-can-drink menu, I absolutely loved the VajinKalimo. I highly recommend trying it if you visit! Finally, the house-made pudding they served was the best I’ve ever had—even better than those from specialty pudding shops. It was incredibly smooth, rich, and delicious.
