“Tasty shabu shabu during rainy day”
Nice shabu shabu dinner. The dashi broth is rich in bonito flavours. The Kagoshima beef and buta were delicious.

“Exquisite Meal for lover of katsuobushi”
A big wooden container arrives with the thinnest katsuobushi flakes on earth, for nibbling. A procession of dashi based dishes, but the big bowl of intense broth with more flakes, vegetables and thin slices of pork is absolute perfection. A kind of shabu shabu great for a group. An amazing meal not ...to be missed.
