2nd time coming to TGI Friday Yokohama. This is the most memorable of all eateries in this area. Thank You to Kayna. Super friendly providing excellent service. Not only taking orders, but was extremely polite and very respectful. She even asked details about our travel and provided recommendations,... which we reviewed and found very exciting. Speaks English. Also the Chimichurri Meatballs recommended by her was awesome. Very flavorful. Would defiantly try out the Frozen Lava Flow Cocktail recommended by her as well. She does not drink , but identified it as a customer favorite. Thank you Kayna for having her in TGI. It made my wife and me very comfortable. Best service. Need more people like her.

In Yokohama, I had the worst encounter with a manager at TGIF. I will not give them my money or recommend them to friends or coworkers. The other employees behaved in a very professional manner.

I was staying in Yokohama and pushing 2 months in Japan so was missing some American BBQ. Can an American chain in Japan do ribs? Yes they can. I was also pleasantly surprised that the bartender spoke perfect English.

You have to say something about consistency in both food quality and service. Located across from the west exit of Yokohama Station, Sotetsu side. It was very busy, filled with foreigners. It felt very comfortable. My bacon cheeseburger was cooked and seasoned to perfection. It hit the spot. ... For those who want a taste of home while in Japan, this place really hits the mark.

It’s a spacious big chain restaurant I been here with my friends, We ordered Beer and onion ring first, then after meat items The volume of the food served was like of America, so we friends shared the plate and ate. It is convenient and helpful when gathering with many people. The atmosphere inside... the store is good, and mostly the guests are foreigners. Recommend for big gathering and parties.
