I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude. After I asked a simple question about the bread, the young female staff member gave me a curt reply and then hurriedly went to the kitchen to talk about me in a disrespectful manner. What made it worse is that t...hey seemed to assume I couldn’t understand Japanese, likely because they are used to dealing with foreign nationals. Unfortunately for them, I understood everything. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and left a very negative impression. I hope the management addresses this issue, as good food (?) cannot make up for poor service.

Warning: Tourist trap. They'll automatically add 10% tip onto the bill. There is no tipping in Japan, but this place caters more to tourists and adds the tip on quietly on the bill. And if you order any yakitori item (grilled skewers), note that there is a 500 yen surcharge for a small appetizer di...sh. This, we expected, because most places charge this out of date service. For 5 of us, this simple charge became 2500 yen. Food and service are standard otherwise. Nothing good, nothing bad. Trying to be fusion. The only reason we chose this place was we had a group of 5, making it difficult to dine in the smaller local Japanese restaurants.

Unfortunately the dishes we ordered were not to our taste, the portions are small and tasteless. Although the rating was high, we felt frustrated that the dishes did not meet the minimum standard we expected, In addition, the waitress was unable to explain the unclear things in the menu

I d not know about lunch or dinner here but the breakfast was very good with a wide selection of choices. Nice and bright as it has large windows.

Very good Japanese restaurant, great service, the lunch menu is not expensive and the quality is very good. They even offer a fresh egg to put on the rice and a small bottle of Evian. I recommend this restaurant.
