We had a truly wonderful evening at Vegedining Akasaka. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome and immediately felt comfortable. We especially want to highlight the service, which was truly exceptional. The entire team was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throug...hout the whole evening. We felt very well taken care of at all times – such warm and outstanding service is something you rarely experience. The restaurant offers fish and meat dishes, but also a vegan menu, which is what we chose. We were absolutely impressed. The quality of the ingredients and the preparation were excellent. A special highlight was that we could watch our vegetables being freshly prepared on the Teppanyaki grill right in front of us. We were even able to choose the vegetables beforehand, which made the experience even more special. There was also a menu card on the table guiding us through the different courses. The food was truly outstanding and on the level of a very good restaurant. Together with the exceptional service and the pleasant atmosphere, the evening was more than successful and a fantastic experience overall.

Fabulous teppanyaki - impeccable ingredients, perfectly cooked. We wanted somewhere that wasn't in one of the big hotels and this was recommended by our hotel. Charming staff - chef, waiting staff were all delightful. Helpful, attentive and good English. Could watch them prep the vegetables, gra...te the fresh wasabi, etc, ... lots of lovely touchs that really made the evening. We loved it! Even our picky 10yo, who had the vegetables and the most amazing garlic bread. Wagyu steak was knock-out. Was exactly what we wanted - perfect!

Excellent Teppanyaki at a reasonable price. Live lobster, abalone, Japanese beef & very fresh vegetables. Very good service. The garlic fried rice is the best I have tried so far. Will visit again.

We had eaten in the sister branch of this restaurant in 2018 in Shinjuku. We visited this branch initially on the 1st of July 2023 and then again on the 14th of July 2023. The ingredients they use and the way that they cook them is outstanding. I had lobster and fish on my first visit and steak on m...y second. My daughter had the vegetarian option with a wide choice of produce. We all thought the food and service was absolutely excellent. I have no problem recommending them and would readily go back again. Only other comment I would make is that the venue is small. When booking, I’ve had the best luck either with email or getting someone who speaks Japanese to ring them.
