We found this Sado restaurant by chance when staying nearby. We were looking for izakaya without knowing Oukaya Nisaku and excited to learn that it’s a Niigata specialty restaurant. Interior was unique like warehouse and we were climbing up narrow stairs. Food and beverage selection was fantasti...c for the quality. We truly enjoyed foods especially Red Snapper Shabushabu.
