“Delectable Seared Bonito Fish!”
This restaurant specializes in a traditional Kochi style grilling technique using straw. The house specialty isa flame grilled Bonito fish, charred on the outside but raw in the middle. Love this dish- you can definitely taste smokiness of the straw. It's served with thinly sliced raw garlic, ginge...r, wasabi and salt. They recommend that you eat it with the condiments served instead of soy sauce. This dish perfectly pairs with sake, another Kochi speciality. Various other dishes are up for offer such as grilled Camembert cheese served with toasted baguette slices and yuzu compote, grilled horse steak, various tempuras and fried noodles. There are counter and table seating available.
