We were drawn by the name thinking that teppanyaki is what we know as hibachi in USA..it's not..instead we discovered okonomiyaki and monja! As other reviews describe place is small .. We ended heading there even though we were told they don't speak any English.. The personnel was amazing!!! They he...lped us tremendously and whatever we could not figure out they were showing it to us or gave it to us to smell... We had the Italian mocharella with tomatoes monja..DELICIOUS..they cooked it for us on the grill of our table.. And we had the pork and shrimp okonomiyaki..with soy sauce and mayonese..yum! See pictures. We loved our experience! Was hard to find since we could not tell the name in Japanese but people helped us find it..check photo of sign..that will help u..the price with 3 beers was around 5000 yen (that means $50) for 2 people..we loved it and we want to make it back one day! Worth to try..if you have not had this before! People running the store are amazing..went waay out of their way to please us and serve us..I just want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.btw..they are open till 1am..few blocks from Ebisu JR station or the metro..5 mins walk.
