There is a very rude waiter. Maybe a racist or someone judge from looking. Anyway please avoid here. Even the taste is not special.

I've been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years as I like some of their food. The ambience and service has been rather average all this time but nothing to make much fuss about. On my last visit which we made a dinner reservation, the senior lady at reception, her surname starts with an A but ...I can't recall the full name, she ushered us to the lift to go to another floor. I asked her if we could have a table on the ground floor instead and she said 'No no no!' quite rudely. A simple way to decline would have been sufficient. This behavior is really unacceptable and never would it have ever happened to a Japanese customer. I am really disappointed in this kind of discriminatory behavior and even though I still like the food, I would advise foreign visitors not to patronize establishments where they are not welcome. And as mentioned in one of the previous reviews, the smoking atmosphere here is quite bad, so for those who are particular about being in a smoky place, this is something to note.

They could not understand the requests. Decided for the daily menu. Did not like it at all (just saved the dessert...).

Bland welcome coming from an old lady receptionist, smoking room in the first floor, got to the 2nd floor where it's quiet and smoke free. Staff is attentive, service is ok, food presentation and taste is ok.

We were referred by the hotel where we stayed for decent Chinese food. The food is fine except the dining experience is poor. We asked for a non-smoking area and was promptly seated. Half way through the meal, a smoker was seated right next to us.We asked the manager why this was happening. In ...poor English, he said the smoke was blowing the other direction, which was not true.I explained to him that I have bad reaction to cigarette smoke. Then he told me to seat at another table further away. Keep in mind that we were still eating ... so I ended up left our table, seat by myself and waited till my family finished the meal. His was not polite and be now warned if you cannot stand smoke.
