It was Monday and wasn't busy. As I wanted to eat noodle soup rather than fried rice, my friends joined me to order the same lunch set with yam cha. My friends found it OK, but I found the soup a bit too salty. So I asked for hot water to dilute the soup. It was delicious.

We were required to temperature check and hand sanitiser at the entrance. My friend and I ordered Tokusei shouronpou teishoku from the lunch menu. Cha-han (fried rice) was like Korean bibimbap, mixing rice and ingredients in a hotpot. It was plentiful, though it was only a half of the normal amou...nt. shouronpou (dim sum) pastry was still a bit hard.

It’s one of my favourite restaurants in Lumine. I used to enjoy a lunch menu with half fried rice. But they no longer have it in their menu. It’s disappointing, as it was the right amount for me.

We went for lunch on Saturday. When we arrived at there just after 11am, it was already very busy. All their tables were the same for only two customers, In order to keep seven of us together, they had to put together four tables next to each other. So we had to wait for a very long time until t...hese tables became available. It was worth waiting, rather than being split in two groups. We enjoyed the food.

This was my third time I had my lunch in this restaurant. I like one of their lunch menu: five steamed dumplings with a half fried rice. It also comes with a small bowl of soup, salad and almond pudding. In fact the rice comes in a very hot iron pot with all the ingredients in it, so you cook it ...on the table. The amount is just right and the price is not expensive (about 1,000 yen). It's on the 8th floor of Tobu Lumine Department Store which is right in front of Hotel Metropolitan Ikebukuro.
