Wide varieties of cuisine are presented beautifully, almost like art. It was my first time trying Yukhoe, and I had some reservations about tasting it, unsure of its flavor and texture. It was great, and I am glad that my first experience with Yukhoe was at "Yuuga" restaurant. I will go back whenev...er I visit Japan.
