“全席個室で焼き師付き。田村牛を堪能できる銀座の落ち着いた焼肉店”
昨年の忘年会で、銀座にある「個室焼肉 銀座きたお」を利用しました。銀座駅から徒歩数分、銀座中央通りから一本入った比較的落ち着いたエリアに位置しています。繁華街の喧騒から少し距離があり、会食やゆっくり食事をしたい場面に向いた立地だと感じました。 こちらのお店では、流通量が限られている鳥取県産の田村牛を使用しており、但馬牛系統らしい質の良い黒毛和牛を楽しめます。全席個室仕様で、各部屋に焼き師がつき、焼きの工程を任せられるのが大きな特長です。周囲を気にせず、料理と会話に集中できる空間でした。 コースは前菜から始まり、蕪と人参の炊き合わせに蟹餡と黒トリュフを合わせた一品や、クリームチーズ豆腐、海老...真丈など、和の要素を取り入れた構成。黒タンの唐揚げ仕立ては、タンの柔らかさと揚げた食感の組み合わせが印象に残りました。 焼き物では、上タン、リブマキ、ハツといった部位が続き、いずれも焼き師による火入れで安定した仕上がり。途中に提供されたザブトンの焼きすきは、卵黄と合わせていただく定番の美味しさでした。後半はカメノコやイチボ、ミスジなど赤身とサシのバランスが良い部位が中心で、脂に寄りすぎない構成が好印象です。 締めのすだち冷麺は量も適度で、口の中をさっぱりと整えてくれました。デザートの杏仁豆腐と季節の果物まで含め、コース全体を通して提供のテンポも良く、快適に食事が進みました。 全席個室の空間、焼き師によるフルアテンド、銀座という立地を考えると価格設定も比較的良心的で、落ち着いた会食やグループでの利用に適した一軒だと思います。 I visited “Private Room Yakiniku Ginza Kitao” for a year-end gathering. The restaurant is located a few minutes’ walk from Ginza Station, in a quiet area just off Ginza Chuo Street, away from the busiest part of the district. The calm location makes it suitable for business dinners or relaxed group meals. The restaurant specializes in Tamura beef from Tottori Prefecture, a high-quality wagyu with limited distribution and strong Tajima lineage characteristics. All seats are private rooms, and each room is assigned a professional grill staff who handles the cooking. This allows guests to focus on conversation and the food without worrying about grilling. The course began with several appetizers, including simmered turnip and carrot topped with crab sauce and black truffle, cream cheese tofu, and shrimp dumplings with kombu-marinated daikon. One standout was the fried black tongue, which combined tenderness with a crisp texture. For the grilled dishes, cuts such as thick-sliced beef tongue, rib roll, and heart were served, all carefully cooked by the staff. A highlight was the sukiyaki-style zabuton, lightly grilled and dipped in egg yolk, a classic and satisfying dish. Later courses featured leaner cuts like kame-no-ko, ichibo, and misuji, offering a good balance of flavor and fat without being overly rich. The meal concluded with a refreshing sudachi cold noodles, followed by almond jelly and seasonal fruit for dessert. Portion sizes were well balanced, and the pacing of the course was smooth throughout the evening. Overall, the combination of private rooms, attentive service with dedicated grill staff, and high-quality wagyu makes this restaurant a solid choice in Ginza for a quiet and comfortable dining experience, especially for gatherings or business occasions.

“Lovely food and very professional service”
Had a business dinner in one of the private rooms. Each course was delicious, beautifully prepared and served with style. Staff were excellent Very relaxed atmosphere Highly recommend.

“Excellent Wagyu for an unbelievable price and lovely ambience”
Highly recommended restaurant to visit if you're looking for a nice, quiet dining experience with high quality ingredients. Every dish was a delight and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner there. Extremely reasonable in terms of price given what we had there. Excellent service by the staf...f who kindly translated and explained what each cut of the meat was. Would definitely return when we're next in Tokyo.
