“Worst staff attitude、Worst dining experience、お客様と喧嘩する店、ありえない。”
We have been enjoying your restaurant for the past few years. We have always ordered Pak Boong Fai Daeng and it was not spicy. Also, there were no pepper marks on the menu. However, at 4/14 night, it was very spicy. After the first taste, we had a discussion with the staff who seemed to be the shop ...manager. In Japan, the rules dictate that customers can ask for a replacement. Despite this, the staff refused to do so and came back with the following ridiculous excuses: 1. A dish without pepper marks does not necessarily mean that it is not spicy. 2. Customers have to ask whether or not they want their dish spicy, no matter if there is a pepper mark or not. For example, even though there is no pepper mark next to the dish we ordered, we would have to request it to be cooked without pepper when we order. Otherwise, the cook will make it however he thinks the dish should taste. We cannot believe this is really part of your restaurant rules. We simply believe this is nonsense on his part. The followings are our conclusions: 1. The cook made a mistake by putting pepper sauce into the dish, which he should not have, and he also did it too much. 2. The staff did not replace the dish, which he should have and he has to according to Japanese rules. 3. We will not visit your restaurant again and we will tell the truth whenever asked. 4. You should train all your staff well and instruct them to follow the recipes and mark rules.
