Lovely, traditional Italian cooking - think home cooked bread, perfectly cooked steak, venison with deep meaty sauces and beautiful desserts. They also do nice wine by the glass and non-alcoholic beer. Add in perfect service, reasonable prices and a nice dining area and you have the makings of a rea...lly special meal and experience. Highly recommended!

Ready for a break from Japanese? Then this charming restaurant is perfect. Located in a small alley, everything was beautifully prepared and the service was excellent. Menus are only in Italian and Japanese - no English - but despite telling us he didn't speak English, the waiter did a wonderful job... explaining the menu. I am gluten sensitive and so asked if they had risotto though I didn't see on the menu. They wre very gracious in agreeing to do risotto and offered to do cheese -, I asked if they'd do mushroom, and the chef prepared a delicious risotto funghi with fresh Portobello mushrooms. My husband had the home made ravioli-type pasta stuffed with lamb in a light broth sauce - delicious!. Our two salads - the arugula and mixed - were perfect, fresh greens with tasty light dressing. Crème brulee was the perfect finish. With two salads, appetizer, two pastas, wine, dessert and coffee, the bill was about $105 US - a great deal for this quality of restaurant. The ambience is quiet, romantic and charming - just perfect for a break from the hubbub of Tokyo. The service was superb, as was the entire meal. a WONDERFUL break from Japanese.

Great Italian food! We had lunch here. They had good lunch deals: plate of pasta & coffee/tea for ¥1080. We got Set A, which was salad, pasta, mini dessert & coffee/tea for ¥1550. There was a choice of 5 pastas. We ordered the carbonara pasta and the whitebait & tomato pasta. They also gave a si...de of focaccia-like bread with your meal. The salad had a very tasty dressing to it. Dessert was a mini taste of tiramisu and a flan-like square. All of it was delicious. Food came out quickly. The service was efficient and friendly. The dinner menu was in Italian and Japanese. The lunch deal menu however was only in Japanese, but our host took the time to explain the menu to us. He spoke Italian and some English. He was very helpful and patient with us (since we couldn't read the menu.) We would definitely eat here again when craving Italian food.
