“Good dinner ”
We enjoyed a good dinner. Firstly, shared Japanese apetizer abd afterwards, a main dish. My duck soup with cold noodles was good. Price was reasonable, service was polite but their English level was low.

“Small, pleasant, not adventurous ”
If you don't crave the great ambiance of good soba noodle shop and would rather opt for the carefully crafted restaurant in the New Otani Garden Tower Hotel you will find Nakajima a pleasant, quiet lunch place (breakfast is awfully crowded with lines outside into the lobby -- to be avoided). Great s...tyle, nice small portions, delicious soba, and desserts.

“Fantastic Soba noodles”
Whenever I crave Soba (which happens quite frequently when I visit Japan), this is one of my preferred places. The Service is good and the food is excellent. I prefer the Soba noodles with shrimp tempura, combined with a nice Japanese beer. Been there about 5 times and always a nice experience.

“Noodles couldn't be better”
It's in a large hotel, but it has the feeling of a casual noodle shop -- but very refined. One of us had the soba and one udon -- and both were delicious.

“Classy noodles”
Stayed at the new Otani and popped in here for lunch . They specialize in noodles , mainly udon and soba. Prices are steep for just a bowl of noodles of course, but ok. My soupy duck soba was very good. Great Japanese and polite service, as expected. The only downside is probably the lack of view, t...his place has no windows, considering this is the garden tower. Probably why it was deserted
