“Your Dishes”
This restaurant like other branches is clean, space and serves famous curry rice and various menus of food and drink. Curry rice is mild spicy with herb smell and suitable for westerner. Taste it.

“Very good, not my favorite curry though.”
The food was great, probably had the best meat options with curry I have had at a chain in Japan. Though I don't fully care for the flavor of their curry itself.

“BEST CURRY EVER!”
we found this chain restaurant by accident. I was so hungry after shopping around and too desperate to find something different to eat, walked down to the small street and found the yellow painted wall and stairs heading down to the basement. I didn't remember they have any english menu so we picked... to ones that are similar with the picture shown on the vending machine. We picked our own seat and hand our ticket to the staff. Not long we were served with the most tastiest curry we had. The katsu pieces were cooked perfectly, crunchy but still moist inside, covered with the well spiced curry sauce over the rice as well and cabbages on the side. Needles to say we demolised them less than 10 minutes and were very pleased. Will definitely recommend this place for everyone who like their curry a little bit more spiced and with thick sauce. We will come back soon!

“Probably my least favorite out of all the chains”
I have been to many curry/Katsu chains (Gogo, Coco, Ginza Bairin) as well as many local places and I have to see Gogo is my least favorite. I don't like the ordering system (since I can't read Japanese) and the quality is not as good as Coco. Their pork seems a little thin and dry. Also, you can as...k for a refill on sauce at Coco (only in Japan locations though). Still, if I had to compare this place to anything in the U.S. no contest. It would be four stars but in Japan, it's only 2.
“Insane Value for Curry Meals!”
This was a relatively hidden place since it was nestled at the basement of the building, with only the entrance and the signboard located above ground. Inside however, it is much more spacious compared to a typical ramen or soba place. There is a big counter in the center, and the meal ticket vendi...ng machine is at the corner. Unfortunately the vending machine was in Japanese, but the staff was very helpful in helping us choose our order. Apparently you need to choose the meal combination you like, and the additional options just determine the amount of rice with the meal. For this visit, we decided on the double pork tonkatsu curry. For just 1000 yen (we got the meal with the least amount of rice), the order came with one shrimp tempura, two pieces of sausage, plus the tonkatsu and a huge lump of rice with a heaping amount of curry in it. We were shocked at the size of the meal when it was served: one tonkatsu alone is at least a third more than what I get in a typical Tokyo restaurant for 500 yen, and this meal had two of those. And the pork slab was substantial, unlike in some places where the breading is nearly the same thickness as the meat. The taste was not exceptional as I had better tonkatsu, but it was still delicious and crunchy. The curry was a great blend: not too spicy for my taste, but had enough flavor to be a meal in itself. The quantity of rice was just enormous. And the ebi-tempura plus the sausages were amazing bonuses. The tempura was good, while the sausages tasted the same as the generic supermarket type. As this was in Tokyo, we could hardly believe the value this meal was. We were thoroughly satisfied. Actually, I needed to finish one-fourth of my partner's portion as she couldn't finish hers out of sheer volume. This place is a great place to fill up without breaking the bank! We will not hesitate to come back if we get that craving for curry again. But we might skip lunch and have this for dinner the next time around just to make sure we have spaces in our tummy to eat it all up.
