“Being the chef and the customer”
Ask yourself if you would like to pay to cook your own dinner. If the answer is yes then please save yourself the trip and do it at home, if the answer is no then don’t visit this place. Very awkward visit, they let us sit down and only then told us everybody had to order a full meal, a drink wasn’t... enough for the only person in our group who wasn’t hungry. Not sure I would even recommend this to my neighbour who lets his dog use my garden as its toilet.

“Good fun and great food”
Fun experience where we made our own teppanyaki. It’s a bit hard to find but a real treasure. A nice break from the crowds of Takeshita Street. The staff were helpful even though they didn’t speak much English.

“VER BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Do not trust the reviews”
The WORST experience we had in our entire 1 month trip to Japan! We ordered seafood because there was SALMON and SHRIMP in the menu. They were sold out and did not tell us. My son only eats salmon and shrimp and could not eat. They did not like when I told them it was not correct to sell something t...hey did not have and don’t tell us before we ordered. They made an “exception” and said my son could have only 1 plate of meat in an all you can eat buffet. The restaurant is all dirty and full of mold. The only thing is that it is “fun” to make your own plate at the table but the taste was not great. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

“Sakuratei dinner experience”
Great atmosphere! Tasty food and easy to cook instructions. Only drawback was that the cab driver found it hard to locate.
