ソーセージを始めとする肉料理、ピクルスやチーズをふんだんに活用した料理など、盛り付けの華やかさを前面に出しつつも、素材や味等こだわるところはこだわるレストランです。 料理と同じく内装もおしゃれで、随所にこだわりを感じますが決して奇を衒ったところはありません。少なくとも私が利用した時は男性の店員が圧倒的に多かったので、デートや女性同士での食事であれば喜ばれるかもしれません。彼らの接客態度はとても気さくで、客が呼ぶとすぐに来てくれますが決して馴れ馴れしくはなく、適度な距離感で接客します。 特別な日の食事に利用するといいかもしれません。 The sausages and other meat di...shes served by the restaurant, as well as dishes that make extensive use of pickles and cheese, are very gorgeously presented.
