Located inside the ward hall by Oji station. Lunch is sever until 3PM and it was deserted when we went there at 1. I ordered a large craft beer for 1400, but was surprised by how small the amount was.

A good selection of beer. The bar staff are very friendly and there was a very fast service. The food menu was varied and there was something for every taste. The menu is changed with every season.
