“Great food nice place but lack of attention from the waitress”
Food is excellent. Had the recommended menu with a lot of nice sticks. But the service and attention on guests is lacking and language skills (English) could be a lot better. That would generate a 5* rating

“Lucky find! Delicious yakitori in a chic, friendly space”
We came across this place while shopping, and dropped in for an early dinner on a wednesday night. We lucked out because we got a seat at the counter immediately, and were able to get the “lucky menu” - 4 courses, including 6 different yakitori skewers for only ¥2500. We loved watching the master ...cook each skewer to perfection, and loved the mix of tastes, colors and textures in the entire meal, including an “every part of the chicken” terrine. The sweet/soy glazed dango with a hint of smokiness was a perfect dessert. With a glass each of sake, our meal ran us about $35 each, which was a real bargain. The service was friendly and accommodating (even tho our Japanese wasnt even close to fluent) and the decor was modern and chic but not pretentious. We loved it.
