“Excellent execution”
Perfectly executed food with exquisite presentation. Counter seating, formal yet relaxed. The chef speaks some English and was happy to explain the food to us. A good variety of dishes, our favourite being the fish and salad.

“Unpretentious, absolutely Delicious”
A wonderful food experience. I got the impression that Chef Nakada has put a lot of thought into delivering very refined flavors with a combination of Western and Japanese ingredients. To add to the authenticity of the experience, he does not make a big deal out of it - he simply served us plate aft...er plate of delicious food.

“Excellent French cuisine ”
Chef Kouichiro Nakada prepared an excellent lunch. Starter was bagna cauda with hotari ika, little fire fly squid with slightly poached vegies. Fish with crispy skin as a first main followed by braised beef. Final main was a steamed rice casserole with green peas. Desert was another high point wit...h sweetened tomatoes and kinkan (japanese kumquat) sorbet. All in all a solid 9 out of 10. The place itself is minimalist decor, only 1 table for 4 and 8 seats at the counter.
