“No price on menu and poor service”
No price on the menu, you happen to know what you are going to pay only after you have placed the order. Poor service in general,

“Mediocre at Best”
Torikizoku is a chain, and I will admit that I have definitely eaten at other locations and been satisfied, but maybe my palette has just grown more sophisticated, or maybe this location is just bad, but I cannot recommend this place. We were in Shibuya and wanted to grab a quick early bite to eat,... and we were told by the staff that while we could have a table we could only stay for an hour because we did not have a reservation (after eating there I quickly began to wonder why anyone would bother to make a reservation for this place). We ordered an assortment of yakitori and a couple side dishes like karaage, while none of it was horrendously terrible, nothing was great - a lot of it just tasted mass produced. The pork belly skewers I ordered were kind of gross, definitely not fresh meat (I did not get sick though). Service was pretty bad - everything had to be ordered electronically on an iPad like device, which is fine, but for simple things like say water which isn't on the menu - I had to try and get the staff's attention which really was quite the challenge. The atmosphere is traditional Japanese/yakitori street-style design, which would actually make for a fun experience if the cuisine and service weren't so lacklustre. 2/5 at best - look elsewhere unless you're starving and in a hurry (it is pretty affordable overall).

“Yummy and cheap!”
We came here upon a friend's recommendation, it's supposed to be a typical Japanese experience. We loved it! The meat is exceptionally good and well-cooked, they have free refill of cabbage (super yummy) and an amazing potato salad. It's really practical for foreigners as they have the (very common)... touch screen at the table to order, and you have an English menu available.

“Dinner ,Very Good”
Our Son took my wife and I there for Dinner and we had a great variety and very good quality food. Good atmosphere and Price of food and drinks very good.

“So much fun to order different dishes from the computer”
Lots of wonderful versions of "meat on a stick", and we could sample several just by ordering them on the computer.
